App privacy policy
Effective October 11, 2026.
Booth Crew Productions LLC operates Booth Crew, Booth Crew Staff, and their connected booking and client-portal services. Contact hello@bcvideo.co with privacy questions or requests.
Information we use
Depending on the features you use, we process account identifiers, name, email, phone number, booking addresses and schedules, service selections, orders, invoices, payment status, and account balances. Staff services also process work assignments, tasks, and crew-pay records.
Delivered photographs and videos, files, comments, and editing requests let us deliver and review your projects. Sign-in connections, device notification registrations, preferences, and operational records help us provide account access, requested alerts, security, and support.
How we use and share information
We use this information to provide booked services, coordinate work, deliver media, manage accounts and billing, respond to feedback, and maintain the service. Authorized Booth Crew team members can access information needed for their work.
Our service providers include Supabase for account and database services, Vercel for website and application services, Google for selected sign-in and media-storage features, Apple for applicable sign-in and notification services, and Stripe for electronic checkout. We also operate our own media storage. Availability of each provider depends on the feature you use. Stripe handles payment-card details entered at checkout; Booth Crew does not store full payment-card details in its application database.
We do not sell personal information or track people across other companies’ apps and websites.
Media links and activity
Media shared through an anyone-with-the-link delivery URL can be accessed by people who receive that link. Forwarding it can give others access. Where Google Drive emergency access is used, the corresponding Google link can remain accessible separately from the website link until its sharing is removed.
Public delivery-link activity records folder and file views and download-button attempts. Approximate visit counts use a per-tab random session identifier that renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Distinct-network counts use keyed, daily-changing, link-specific IP fingerprints; these activity records do not store raw IP addresses or identify a count of individual people. Detailed new activity is retained for up to 90 days, with routine cleanup when new activity is recorded. Providers may separately retain operational logs.
Device permissions and saved copies
Notifications are optional and controlled in your device settings. Calendar and media-related permissions are requested where needed for a selected feature. The apps can save previously loaded information, previews, and downloaded media on your device for faster access and offline viewing. Copies exported to Photos, Files, or another app are managed separately by you.
Account deletion and retention
Clients can request deletion from the app’s Account screen and verify the request using the code sent to their account email. Confirmed deletion removes the shared app and website login, connected sign-in identity, and notification registrations, and clears app-owned account data on the requesting device. Other devices may retain local copies until they reconnect. Exported files are not removed.
Deletion also starts a review of retained account-associated information. Within 30 days, we review the request and remove personal information that is no longer needed, while keeping records necessary for outstanding services, billing, accounting, or legal obligations. Deleting an account does not cancel orders, service agreements, or unpaid balances. Media originals, business records, backup copies, and previously issued access links require separate review; they are not all erased automatically when the login is deleted.
Contact hello@bcvideo.co to request access, correction, deletion, or removal of a shared media link. Staff accounts are managed by Booth Crew; staff can contact the same address for account and privacy requests.
